Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills Group for Adults – GSU Psychology Clinic (Atlanta, GA): Low-cost group that provides skills for coping with distressing emotions or relationship concerns.
Support Group for Adults with Mood Disorders – Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (Atlanta, GA): Free biweekly group support; DBSA also provides a plethora of free resources on its website.
NAMI Support Groups (In-Person Across Georgia & Virtual): NAMI Connection Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults with mental illness. NAMI Family Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for family members or loved ones of individuals with mental illness.
Peer Support Groups – Attention Deficit Disorder Association (Virtual): ADDA members can access a range of virtual, peer-led support groups for individuals with ADHD, as well as for their family members/loved ones.
Support Group for Adults with Autism – Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (Virtual): Low-cost/free virtual groups that provide a supportive space for adults with ASD.

Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder [CHADD]: Organization providing evidence-based research and educational resources on ADHD.
Attention-Deficit Disorder Association [ADDA]: Organization specifically developed for adults with ADHD to encourage resilience throughout the lifespan. Members can access ADHD resources and virtual group support.
Autism Speaks: Education & advocacy organization for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder [ASD].
Neurodiversity in the Workplace Resources: EARN provides a comprehensive list of relevant policies, accommodations, and resources for neurodivergent adults.

Where Should We Begin - A Game of Stories: A thoughtful card game by Esther Perel where couples, friends, or family use thoughtful prompts/questions to foster connection.
